July 7th, 2015– One Week and I just want to quit!

I didn’t want to get up. I am grumpy. It’s hot. It’s also that time of the month. And I want to just feed my carb and sugar “dragon”. I want to give up, and just say, well I gave it 7 days.

No, motivational turn today, I just am going to push through.

Food Log:

Breakfast: Overnight Breakfast Casserole

Lunch: Bacon Wrapped, Pesto-stuffed chicken, salad, ranch

Snack: Chicken salad, with cucumbers

Dinner: Against All Grain’s Enchilada Stuffed Sweet Potato (DELISH!)
